Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst

Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business / Functional Analyst with expertise in Sales and Marketing CRM implementation .
Experience in the Mining / Heavy industries is preferred. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead functional analyst for Microsoft Dynamics , bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design CRM modules, and ensure successful implementation and user training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Bridge Between Teams : Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- CRM Design : Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, particularly for Sales and Marketing.
- Workshops and Meetings : Lead design meetings and workshops to develop and refine CRM solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate development of CRM solutions.
- Testing & Validation : Partner with the testing team to validate CRM functionality and ensure system integrity.
- User Training : Provide training and guidance to end users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and functionality.
Future Responsibilities :
- Maintain ongoing communication with business and IT teams to address new CRM needs.
- Lead efforts to optimize CRM workflows and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and CRM enhancements.
Required Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales and Marketing implementations).
- 8+ years of experience as a Business / Functional Analyst , with proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in conducting design workshops and training sessions .
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in Mining or Heavy industries .
- Experience with hybrid work models and client-facing engagements.
Location :
- Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL (60607).
- Occasional onsite work required as requested by the client.
- Candidates in Montreal may also be considered.
