We are currently seeking experienced gardners or landscape maintenance techs to join our our team of experienced and knowledgeable landscape professionals.

Our Maintenance Team Members are hardworking, dedicated and passionate about what they do. They are on site every day and contribute to the longterm success of every client site.

Responsibilities :

• Work with Maintenance Team Leads to execute daily landscape maintenance activities
• Operate small machinery and hand tools
• Comfortably take direction from Team leads and Horticulture Specialist
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work safely at all times

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of landscape maintenance and gardening experience is required.
• Knowledge of common horticultural practices and techniques is required.
• Must possess a superior work ethic, have a positive attitude, be open to constructive feedback and be able to present yourself professionally.
• Must enjoy working as part of a team.
• Listens to direction regarding daily tasks, protects and maintains the landscapes following the best methods available.
• Gives feedback to the Maintenance Team Lead regarding progess or concerns.
• Operates small machinery and hand tools and is aware of the safety methods for operation. Utilizes PPE as needed during operation of equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
