Manufacturing Technician / STK
Available Shifts : Mon-Fri 6am-2 : 30pm

Pay : $19 / hr - $20 / hr DOE
Role
- Perform maintenance procedures for equipment and tooling for the production line
- Troubleshoot 3-axis fluid dispensing robot by
- Revise and create work instruction documents by taking pictures of the process then annotating them in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot 3-axis fluid dispensing robot
- Purchase tools required by the production line
- Gather feedback from operator & line lead for requirements for the production line
- Liaison between production line and the engineers
Experiences :
- Experience with fluid dispensing components (piston, auger, syringe)
- Experience with 3-axis fluid dispensing robot (preferably Nordson)
- Experience with working with very small components (.050 wide)
- Create & revise documentation
- Troubleshoot equipment on the production line pneumatically & electrically
Skills
- Mechanical assembly per assembly drawing
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written communication
- Hands on skills- using assembly tools (wrench, screw driver, etc.), measurement tools (calipers, micrometer, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel
