Senior Manager Fashion Acceleration

As a Senior Manager, Fashion Acceleration, you will help drive and enable the merchant strategy, bringing the Walmart Fashion product assortment to life both online and in stores.

Leveraging your advocacy and influencing skills, you will make a direct impact on the business and help families all over the world save money and live better.

Along the way, you will be guided by our deep-rooted culture and have the support and tools you need to do your job, learn, grow, and succeed.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Manager, Fashion Acceleration, you will be responsible for delivering many of the key initiatives that support and enable the merchant omni strategy.

You will be a critical member of the Walmart Fashion merchandising team responsible for understanding, ideating, and transforming strategic business areas like channel allocation, digital fulfillment, store operations, as well as inventory on-hand and location accuracy.

You will leverage cross-functional relationships, often representing the Fashion merchandising perspective, to identify and solution opportunities across people, process, and tech.

You will improve the associate and customer experience both online and in stores.

Success in this role requires curiosity, a solution-oriented approach, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit.

You will use your executive presence to work with teams cross-functionally at all levels and navigate exciting, complex challenges.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if :

  • You enjoy owning and developing plans for highly complex strategy, supporting long-term business plans and executing prioritized strategic initiatives.
  • You are data savvy : tell a story to make informed decisions as well as understand competition, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment.
  • You are omni channel customer focused. You make customer-centric recommendations and decisions across all customer touchpoints.

You incorporate applicable and actionable internal and external customer feedback.

You’ll make an impact by :

  • Managing the development and implementation of process improvements to improve business results by overseeing evaluations and execution of multiple projects.
  • Enhancing execution and developing strategy to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Supporting growth of the omni Fashion business to achieve plan.
  • Establishing and influencing high-visibility relationships.
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; evaluating, developing, and communicating operational processes;
  • measuring outcomes to ensure desired results, pivoting as needed; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities;

promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Experience in sales., Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, Supervisory experience, Working with cross-functional teams
