The Organization serves as the aviation industry's premier designer / manufacturer of mission-critical power electronics.
The production processes include electronics manufacturing, assembly, test, and repair / overhaul operations.
Description
- Drive profitable business growth while meeting quarterly and annual Operational and EBITDA targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability and results through effective performance management.
- Ensure world-class on-time delivery and quality performance for our customer base.
- Multi-Site responsibility.
- Manage a team of 6 direct reports and approximately 150 indirect reports.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets to achieve annual EBITDA goals.
- Initiate productivity projects to consistently reduce overall costs and optimize working capital.
- Optimize workforce requirements, temporary labor, and overtime to enhance labor efficiencies.
- Streamline and execute processes for the efficient introduction of new products into production.
- Mentor and manage direct staff, overseeing talent development initiatives.
Profile
- 10+ years of leadership positions in manufacturing operations with budgetary and P&L responsibility (e.g. Business Unit Manager or Plant Manager).
- Experience in high complexity, low volume, high mix aerospace and defense operations.
- Demonstrated success in strategic efforts to drive consistent productivity gains.
- Ability to balance long term manufacturing strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. An MBA is desirable.
Job Offer
Our Client is offering a competitive compensation package which includes base salary, bonus, benefits and attractive long-term equity incentives.
