Prospecting, researching and qualifying leads in a defined territory across Canada and the US.
- Prospect and interact with prospects and customers through the chatbot on our website and online store.
- Ability to configure carts for online sales for prospects and customers using our ecommerce platform.
- Contact prospects from inbound lead source channels, outbound phone calls, and email cadences.
- You are often the first point of contact with our prospects, allowing us to establish a positive relationship and experience.
- You will use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, concerns, and issues. Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and develop effective solutions.
