YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY
Sr. Bridge Superintendent needed with a background in roadway and heavy highway projects. Must excel with customer relationships.
Sr. Bridge Superintendent requirements are :
- Keep projects on time and on budget with scheduling and cost review
- Provide leadership, develop and oversight to FM and PEs, and field crews
- Attend bid reviews, pre-construction meetings, and tailgate meetings
- Attend pre-construction meetings with PM and PE
- Manage subcontractors and maintain communication with project team.
- Ensure projects are following Work Plans, review time cards, update changing conditions, update 4-week lookahead schedule
- Any other associated duties of field management
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Expertise in Heavy Civil construction
- 7+ years’ experience as a Heavy Civil Superintendent
- Exposure to grading, excavation, site work and bridges.
- Knowledge of managing site-work, road work, and highway construction
