Role Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling goods to wholesalers and / or dealers that make up our customer base within their assigned territory and to grow Custom Window Systems sales and presence within the assigned territory.

  • Knowledge of company products and services
  • Qualify opportunities, recommend solutions, and close sales
  • Monitor and report on market and competitive activities
  • Conduct phone call and face-to-face sale follow ups
  • Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic plans to support growth
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

participating in professional societies

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned

Technical Skills or Certifications Required

Work independently with limited training and supervision

Solid computer skills and time management / prioritization skills

Strong oral and written presentation skills

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
