Medical CS Reps

A growing and stable medical research company is URGENTLY looking for a Call Center Reps to assist with their customer service department.

This role will be managing high volume of incoming calls from patients. This role is fully on-site 5 days a week.

This position is temp to hire

Qualified candidates MUST have :

• At least two years of call center experience, preferred in medical industry
• Able to answer a high volume of calls
• Able to explain product details to patients
• Greet visitors, patients and clincal professionals
• Assist with front desk duties
• MS Office Suite knowledge
• Front office presentable
• Extrenely personable, good attitude and can work in a fast paced environment
• Able to resolve disputes with customer accounts and work with collections department
• Reliable, bubbly, personable and comes to work with a smile This is a temp to hire position - $25-28 / hr
