Please only submit candidates with anactive scrub tech certification. 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please note time off requests must be disclosedwith initial submission to be considered for approval.

Time off requested afterthe acceptance date will not be approved. *Certified SterileProcessing Distribution Perform duties of decontamination,assembly, high level disinfection and / or sterilization of surgical instrumentsfor the OR and other hospital departments and clinics.

In accordance withestablished policies and standard work. Prioritize tasks as directed bysupervisor or as needed to support patient care for the OR and customerdepartments.

Document, monitor and maintain accurate records demonstrating highlevel disinfection and sterilization in accordance with current professionaland regulatory agencies.

Performs other functions as required When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment.

13 weeks assignment, 2 years’ experience current required inlarge OR. Orto, ENT and / or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player,flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.

Must have successfully completed at least one13-week travel assignment. CERTS : BLS certification required. BLS must be completed throughAmerican Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

SHIFTS : varied shift 1500-2330 5-8 hours to include weekend rotation, Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.

On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. P lease note all travelers within CDS are required to float to all areas in which they are trained including ED and alternate holding areas to care for appropriate patients.

This includes PresNow ED / UCs ORIENTATION : 1ST week of the contract, not to exceed40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Scrubs required
