Holley Performance Products, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Associate for a summer temporary assignment.
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform various functions in the corporate accounts payable function and assist cash accounting functions as required.
The hours of this position will be M-F 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week for 8-12 weeks.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Verifying vendor account information
- Matching vendor invoices to the appropriate purchase order
- Determining that payments are properly authorized and coded within the system
- Processing invoices for payment through the A / P system
- Preparing month end, quarter end and ad hoc reports as required.
Qualifications & Desired Experience :
- High school diploma with concentration in accounting
- Experience in accounts payable department
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills and a proven track record in spreadsheet development
- Knowledge of accounts payable processing software
