Job Description : Are you an experienced Welder / Fitter with a passion for precision? We're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects, bringing your skills and attention to detail to ensure every piece is perfect.

If you have a strong background in welding and fitting, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities : As our Welder / Fitter, you'll perform high-quality welding and fitting on various metals and structures.

You'll read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to measure and cut materials to exact specifications.

Your tasks will include assembling and fitting parts to form complete units or subassemblies, inspecting and testing welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet our rigorous standards, and maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment and tools.

Adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations is a must, as well as collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Welder / Fitter in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

You should be proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. We need someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team.
