Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Operations Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Savannah. This position uniquely merges sales and operational duties, making it perfect for individuals with a solid background in the commercial cleaning sector, established connections, and a fervor for acquiring customers and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales (65%)
Identify and analyze potential clients to grow the customer base in Savannah.
Conduct face-to-face meetings to introduce the company and communicate its value.
Transform prospects into loyal clients through effective dialogue and customized solutions.
Keep the CRM updated with interactions to monitor progress.
Perform live demonstrations of cleaning services to highlight quality.
Operations (35%)
Develop comprehensive work orders to assist the technician team in service execution.
Ensure that the technician team comprehends the details of each task.
Monitor service delivery quality and follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in the commercial cleaning field is preferred.
A demonstrated history of success in sales, especially in service-oriented industries.
A well-established network and connections within the local market.
Capability to oversee operational tasks and lead a team of service technicians.
Self-driven with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
