Part-Time Customer Service Specialist (Teller)

Your responsibilities :
- Provide quality service while completing a variety of customer transactions
- Utilize face-to-face opportunities to engage our customers in a friendly, positive manner while referring the Banks products and services
- Listen to customer needs and refer solutions for their banking needs.
- Process cash, check, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.

Required Skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all customer (internal and external) matters.
- Must interact professionally with other employees, board members, customers and external vendors.
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
- Basic computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Required Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
