Job Description Summary
C+W Services is seeking a competent, dedicated Maintenance Technician with A+ communication skills, as well as a positive team-player attitude.
This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations an office, GMP Research, Development, and Manufacturing site.
Primary responsibilities include performing troubleshooting alarms and building systems, rounds and readings, responding to customer calls, performing general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building and systems, as well as ensuring the building and property is kept in good working order and client / customer expectations are exceeded.
This position could utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and heating and cooling.
Basic ability to troubleshoot and navigate HVAC and Controls systems issues is key.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complies with all company safety rules and training and integrates our corporate safety culture into your daily activities.
- Responds quickly to reactive situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Performs assigned day-to-day rounds, readings, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including : Plumbing systems, lighting, drains, and HVAC piping and air handling systems and controls.
- Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs, lamps, and troubleshooting ballasts.
- Flexibility and willingness to alter schedule as needed to support training, coverage, and respond to emergencies.
- Sub-Contract management
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Experience in a GMP setting is preferred, however, willing to work with, train, and certify the right candidate for this position.
