The Associate Director, Account Management position should understand the needs and wants of a pharma client and how to present data in a way that achieves the desired outcome for the client.
This is a shared function role that will act as the manager of a team of shared services
Requirements : Essential Functions
Essential Functions
- Manage team of Account Managers.
- Act as a support, escalation and point of contact for Account Managers and clients.
- Gather data and prepare charts, graphs, and other products for use by PMs during quarterly business reviews.
- Develop new visualizations available on the standard platform for use by clients.
- Act as the in-house expert regarding Paysign data and the use of it by our clients.
- Directly manage the data visualization tool and work with IT to create enhancements to data sets.
- Work with implementation to deploy data tools to new clients during program setup.
- Manage the day to day operations related to administration of a patient affordability program.
- Train clients on analytics software.
- Present options to clients related to program effectiveness, patient journey, or pharmacy behavior.
- Submit tickets to make changes to program rules, extend programs, or add additional services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and concerns.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews on a set cadence on conjunction with other members of the PA division.
- Monitor client communications and participates in weekly conference calls.
- Contribute to client Quarterly Business Reviews and maintains direct communication with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in co-pay and HUB environment.
- 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Customer service management within an independent sales representative force environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical capacity.
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills.
- Strong Client focus.
