Description :

The Associate Director, Account Management position should understand the needs and wants of a pharma client and how to present data in a way that achieves the desired outcome for the client.

This is a shared function role that will act as the manager of a team of shared services

Requirements : Essential Functions

Essential Functions

  • Manage team of Account Managers.
  • Act as a support, escalation and point of contact for Account Managers and clients.
  • Gather data and prepare charts, graphs, and other products for use by PMs during quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop new visualizations available on the standard platform for use by clients.
  • Act as the in-house expert regarding Paysign data and the use of it by our clients.
  • Directly manage the data visualization tool and work with IT to create enhancements to data sets.
  • Work with implementation to deploy data tools to new clients during program setup.
  • Manage the day to day operations related to administration of a patient affordability program.
  • Train clients on analytics software.
  • Present options to clients related to program effectiveness, patient journey, or pharmacy behavior.
  • Submit tickets to make changes to program rules, extend programs, or add additional services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and concerns.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews on a set cadence on conjunction with other members of the PA division.
  • Monitor client communications and participates in weekly conference calls.
  • Contribute to client Quarterly Business Reviews and maintains direct communication with clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in co-pay and HUB environment.
  • 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • Customer service management within an independent sales representative force environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical capacity.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills.
  • Strong Client focus.
