Agentis Longevity is hiring a Sales & Patient Relationship Manager in Nashville, TN.
The Patient Relationship & Sales Manager will be pivotal in driving clinic revenue, optimizing patient experience, and enhancing patient engagement to support growth.
Reporting to the CXO / Chief of Staff, this role combines internal sales generation with patient relationship building, focusing on converting patient interest into service adoption, re-engaging former patients, and maximizing service utilization for active patients.

Agentis Longevity is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Patient Relationship Manager to join our new platform in the longevity and hormone treatment therapy space.
Agentis Longevity specializes in men’s hormone optimization therapy, peptides, exosomes, and other innovative therapies to help patients live healthier, longer lives.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, and backed by Shore Capital Partners, this role plays a key part in our growth strategy.
Job Responsibilities :
Sales-Focused Patient Engagement :
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, demonstrating a consultative sales approach to match services with patient needs.
- Drive patient acquisition and service adoption by presenting benefits and value propositions of Agentis’ therapies.
- Re-engage past patients to reintroduce services and support their wellness goals through tailored offerings.
- Guide existing patients through potential upsell opportunities that align with their health goals and lifestyle.
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution :
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, focusing on patient retention, upselling, and cross-selling additional services and products.
- Lead outreach initiatives to build and strengthen patient relationships, proactively following up on inquiries to convert them into consultations and treatments.
- Maintain active, detailed CRM records for lead generation, follow-ups, and tracking sales efforts.
Collaborative Patient-Centered Sales Approach :
- Work closely with clinical staff to craft and personalize care plans that align with both the patient’s health goals and clinic offerings.
- Leverage customer insights to create tailored, solution-oriented presentations to patients, fostering trust and buy-in.
Job Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree preferred, a focus in sales / marketing or related field a plus
- 1-2+ years of sales experience (phone sales experience preferred) and customer relationship experience required
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot experience preferred)
- Strong multitasking, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for the health, wellness, and longevity space, with an ability to communicate the value of wellness solutions.
Compensation Details :
- Base Salary : $45k - $55k annually, based on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure, with first-year total compensation expected around $120k annually.
- A guaranteed bonus will be provided during the initial few months of employment to ensure a smooth transition and income stability as you ramp up in the role.
