Your Role :
Provide payroll and administrative support to the Corporate Payroll Team. This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.

You will have the opportunity to :
- Process Weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly Payrolls.
- Run assigned payroll reports and audit and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Manage report requests from the field as needed.
- Support audit requests, both internal and external.
- Back up to Payroll Manager on projects, or processes as needed.
- Monthly Union Reporting Process.
- Quarterly Tax adjustments.
- Additional processes as needed.
- Partner with Local HR to ensure accurate pay.
- Back up to the Payroll Team with other processes as needed.
Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure the successful operations of the Payroll team and will also help ensure that our employees are well-informed and satisfied.

We need you to have :
- Prior payroll processing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and local employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Detailed oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Critical and strategic thinking.
- Skills in handling conflict resolution situations.
- Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
Icing on the cake :
- Experience processing payroll in ADP Vantage.
- Experience in Unionized locations.
- Knowledge in ADP.
