Job Summary :
At Home Services for Independent Living, a leading healthcare organization in Southold, New York, is looking for compassionate and reliable Overnight Companions to join our team in the Riverhead area.
This is a part-time, hourly position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
Compensation & Benefits :
As an Overnight Companion at At Home Services for Independent Living, you will be compensated at a rate of $22-25 per hour, with weekly pay.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for providing companionship and assistance to our clients during overnight hours.
This may include but is not limited to :
- Monitoring and assisting with medication reminders
- Monitoring clients' safety and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
Requirements :
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements :
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
