IAM Analyst
Location : Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid schedule : 2-3 days per week onsite)
Duration : 6-month contract with possible extensions and conversion based on performance
Company Overview : Our client is a leading provider in the energy sector, currently preparing for a Nuclear power plant shutdown.
This critical maintenance project will involve coordinating access for 500 craft workers during the shutdown period.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a queue of access requests via ServiceNow.
- Review, create, update, or add users and groups within Active Directory.
- Handle provisioning and de-provisioning tasks.
- Utilize SailPoint for data review (no direct work within SailPoint).
- Ensure approvals are obtained and track completion of training and access requests.
- Address ad hoc inquiries from users.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Security.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory (On-Premises, Azure, and Entrada).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience working with ticketing queues.
- Ability to use Microsoft 365 Desktop Applications effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and clear written and verbal communication.
