Here's where you come in :

We are currently seeking a Regional Facilities and Administration Manager to join our team. You'll primarily be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing facilities region wide.

Lead an administration and facilities team that supports the local sales and service organization in accomplishing its goals and objectives.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Leads team of 4 Admins, and 1 Receptionist for Bothell and oversees them in performing their duties to assure high quality experience for delivery of services to staff and clients.
  • Works directly with Bothell operational leaders to organize Admins and receptionist in assisting service staff meet client expectations on special projects as needed.

Includes but is not limited to simple data input projects, document folding, envelope stuffing, or other document management or record keeping tasks.

  • Coordinates with Bothell operational leaders to ensure staff is adequately resourced with equipment and furniture to perform the essential functions of their positions.
  • Oversees admin's on mail, supplies, phones, document Imaging, kitchen maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinates facility maintenance and repair vendors to minimize office disruptions and maintain a safe and functioning environment.
  • Reviews and approves vendor payables for Bothell office.
  • Maintains floor plan for all office locations and works with operational, HR, EVPs, and sales executives to plan for and provide adequate workspace for employees to accomplish their jobs.
  • Coordinates and organizes moves of personnel as needed.
  • Liaise with Property Managers in maintaining a safe and well-maintained office environment including parking facilities and common areas.
  • Oversees and maintains licensing records with assistant in multiple arenas; professional, business, and surplus lines for region.
  • Organizes and maintains off site records with assistance at local operational level to be in compliance with corporate standard.
  • Maintains Personal Property inventories for Hub Northwest offices for tax reporting purposes.
  • Assists with regional office and equipment leasing decisions and record keeping. Organizes and maintains on and off-site records.
  • Sets up and manages carrier EFT direct deposit facility.
  • Reviews and approves some vendor payables for Hub Northwest region with input from operational leaders as needed.
  • Oversees execution and recordkeeping of carrier and wholesaler contracts. Maintains record of agency / producer and download codes.
  • Manages and maintains carrier and wholesaler location agency / producer codes associated with contracts, accounting, and download.

Coordinates with operational leadership as needed.

Manages online access to carriers for staff.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 annually, impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
