Description
- Track and manage orders, ensuring that materials and selections for custom home projects are accurately ordered and received on time.
- Assist in coordinating project timelines and maintaining project documentation.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers and field teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient project workflows.
- Keep meticulous records of all project selections and updates, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ideal candidates have a proactive attitude, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the luxury construction field.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Experience with tracking orders and project selections is a plus but not required.
