As a Production Support Engineer at One Network Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications by analyzing and resolving client-reported issues.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound client communications, providing prompt responses and resolutions to technical and application-related issues, requests, or questions.

Develop, maintain and support internet-based enterprise level supply chain applications.

What will you do :

• Develop code, scripts, extracts and other artifacts required to solve complex technical issues.
• Work either independently or with a group of highly skilled, high intellect support engineers to resolve customer and product issues.

• Communicate with Network Operations to identify and solve software issues.
• 30% development and 70% support
• Communicate current status of issues to the manager as necessary, based on severity and impact of the issue on the business.
• Interact with client services, professional services and other groups for troubleshooting efforts.
• Be proactive and inquisitive with a clear focus on problem solving.
• Must have flexibility with work hours and be able to provide on-demand support as required.
• Must be ready to be On Call 24X7 on a rotational basis.
• Document findings, including new product defects, and work with the Production Support team to create knowledge-based articles.
