Position : Temporary Seasonal Data Entry Clerk

Pay : $16.50 HR (Non-Negotiable)

Additional Requirements :

Completion of a typing proficiency test with a minimum speed of 30 WPM.

Schedule :

• Shift : Flexible Schedule! Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 6 : 00 am - 8 : 00 pm and will include at least one weekend day.
• Duration : Temporary, with an expected term of 1-3 months, subject to business needs.

Overview :

BBSI seeks a meticulous and detail-oriented individual for a temporary, seasonal data entry role. This position is vital in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records during the peak season.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork as they support the processing of online orders and maintenance of data across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately input and update online orders from the company website into the internal database, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
• Review, verify, and correct data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Organize and manage digital and physical files, maintaining an orderly system for easy retrieval and reference.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project deadlines.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department during peak periods.
• Note : This position does not involve the handling or processing of payment information.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative roles, or similar positions.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and precision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
