Overview

Private Duty CNA - Full-Time, Night Shift

Location : Maryville, TN

Schedule : 35 Hours / Week 3 Nights Per Week

We are seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Private Duty team in Maryville, TN, providing one-on-one care in a home setting.

This role focuses on assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and offering overnight support to ensure the patient's safety and comfort.

Key Details :

Full-Time Schedule : 35 hours per week, spread across 3 nights.

• ADL Support : Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily living activities.
• Home-Based Care : Provide individualized, high-quality care in a comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements is 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
