We are seeking entry level and experienced candidates with a strong background in customer service and data entry.
Qualifications :
1+ years experience in customer service
Strong data entry and typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday CST
Hourly rate : $17.00
Strict attendance policy - candidates must be punctual and reliable
Excellent customer service tenure and skill
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Tactful
Substantial call center experience preferred
Collection experience preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
