Extended Warranty & Wholesale Accounting Clerk

We are a growing company looking for a talented, experienced extended warranty accounting clerk to join our team
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products
- Process the aftermarket products and monthly reconciliation worksheet.
- Assist customers with any issues related to the cancellation of aftermarket warranty & insurance products
- Process and post cancellations (lienholder requests, customer requests, cancellations per statement); prepare refund checks for cancellation to customer or lienholder.
- Maintain the schedules and work the reconciling items on the extended warranty / insurance reconciliations.
- Process and assign wholesale titling
- Collect wholesale receivables
- Maintains the schedules related to wholesales
- Comply with federal, state, and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information
- Other duties that may be assigned
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
- Prior automotive dealership experience a plus
- Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Organize reports and reconciliations
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must pass a drug test and extensive criminal background screening
- Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
