Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow our Walmart men's apparel business. This role will manage day-to-day account operations, partner closely with internal teams, and ensure the successful execution of private-label programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong Walmart experience, deep knowledge of men's apparel, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Walmart men's apparel account, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Partner with design, sourcing, production, and planning teams to execute programs on time and to Walmart's standards.
  • Support seasonal line planning and product development timelines, ensuring alignment with Walmart's merchandising calendar.
  • Monitor and track orders, production, and delivery status to ensure accuracy and on-time shipment.
  • Assist in costing exercises, ensuring programs meet Walmart's price requirements while maintaining profitability.
  • Analyze sales and performance data; provide insights and recommendations to drive growth and improve account performance.
  • Communicate order updates, changes, and issue resolution clearly and promptly with Walmart and internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Walmart's men's apparel strategy, priorities, and requirements.
  • Travel as needed to Walmart offices, market meetings, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 35 years of account management or merchandising experience with Walmart.
  • Experience in private-label apparel, preferably men's categories (knits, woven tops, bottoms, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting, costing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Compensation / Benefits

  • Competitive annual base salary range : $120,000.00 - $130,000.00, based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
