PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Personal Assistant
Salary $80,000- $120,000, depending on qualifications. Includes full benefits package.
Fulltime position for large Aspen home. Maintain staff and family calendar, make reservations and appointments, assist with planning of family travel and coordinate travel arrangements, assist with organizing social events, develop and maintain housekeeping manuals and checklists, manage household and personal projects, and provide general administrative support and concierge type services.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with housekeeping staff in a large home and experience providing personal administrative support (Using Microsoft Office Suite) including planning and coordination of extensive luxury travel.
Requires excellent administrative and organizational skills, ability to problem solve, think independently and act as an effective advocate for your client family with third party vendors.
