Service Coordinator Position Summary :

This person will be primarily responsible for supporting all facets of drinking water compliance, interaction with regulatory authorities and the public.

This individual will regularly interact with a diverse group of team members both in an office setting and individuals in the field.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required for this position.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to and promote all Company Safety Policies and the Company Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain sampling schedules, tracking sampling for all systems and ensuring all sampling is completed.
  • Issue, maintain and communicate sampling work reports including delinquent samples to appropriate team members; Communicate all sampling results and related correspondence to required recipients (i.

e. : WWI staff, DEP, Local Board of Health, Owner, Etc.)

  • Develop organize and maintain coliform and lead and copper sampling plans; Compile data for Consumer Confidence and Annual Statistics Reports.
  • Update, archive and maintain file systems.
  • Maintain compliance with all State and Federal regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Work is performed independently under the general supervision of the support supervisor.

Other administrative functions and duties may be assigned in other WhiteWater units as required.

Hiring Requirements for Service Coordinator :

  • One-year experience in a similar position is desired.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and. experience.
  • Treatment License, Backflow Prevention Device Inspectors License and or Backflow Surveyors License or interest / ability to obtain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS office products.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Regulatory comprehension is essential. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License
