We're partnering with a leading mechanical contractor in Metro Atlanta to find an experienced Sr. Mechanical Estimator to join their team! If you have 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial, institutional, and industrial projects, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed and accurate bid proposals
- Expertise in piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Manage estimating, budgeting, and scheduling tasks
- Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Utilize expertise in system installations
- Show excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with both the team and external partners
- Proficiency in CAD drawings and estimating software (Autobid, Bluebeam, Procore)
Background Profile :
- 10+ years as an HVAC / Commercial Plumbing Estimator
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- State of Georgia Plumbing, HVAC, and Boiler Licenses (preferred)
- Additional HVAC certifications (preferred)
