Responsibilities : Flight Bookings : Manage inquiries and bookings for flights via phone, email, and our website, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process for our clients.

Travel Coordination : Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering flight options that best match their schedule and budget.

Airline Liaison : Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines to secure competitive fares and provide the best travel options to our clients.

Itinerary Management : Assist in the creation of detailed travel itineraries, ensuring flight schedules align with clients’ overall travel plans and preferences.

Special Requests Handling : Coordinate with airlines to accommodate special requests, such as seat preferences, meal requirements, and assistance for travelers with special needs.

Travel Documentation : Guide clients through the requirements for travel documentation, including visas and passports, ensuring they are prepared for their journey.

Feedback and Quality Improvement : Solicit feedback from clients post-travel to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements : High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.

A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
