I'm working with a prestigious staffing firm, with a brand new office in South Florida, looking for a strong A&F recruiter to service their existing client base, and when ready, build & manage a team.
A specialized recruiting firms focussed on the financial services, with an outstanding reputation throughout the staffing industry, following their massive New York and California success, they have expanded to Florida, to build their presence further.
60+ heads across 3 offices, and a handful of top biling recruiters in Florida, you'll be surrounded by and work alongside top billers across A&F, Middle Office, Corporate Services & Admin roles.
Your focus will be on Accounting & Finance, leveraging the existing client base, with 100's of roles to work on from day one (from junior accountants to C Suite / CFO / Director roles).

What We Offer :
True base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000
Commissions up to 60% with no threshold
WFH / Hybrid (3 days WFH - 2 in office)

Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of full desk recruiting experience
Proven billing of $200k+ annually
