We're looking for a Roadway Project Manager to join the HMB team!

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentorship of junior staff while managing the completion of multiple roadway design tasks.
- Coordination with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget requirements.
- Opportunity to be mentored and ultimately take on responsibilities as a Project Manager.
- Preparation of accurate presentation, design, and construction document details.
- Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction.
- Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with the project.
- Development and adherence to project scope, schedules and budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in all aspects of roadway design
- Experience in people management or supervision
- Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred
- PE certification is preferred
- Detail-oriented individual wtih strong technical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard industry software including MS Office
- Works well in multidisciplinary team environments and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
