Frost Brown Todd LLP, a national law firm with 1000+ legal and business professionals in seventeen markets, is currently seeking an Offices Marketing Associate (OMA) to join our firm.

This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics for the Firm’s offices that support brand awareness / reputation and continuity across FBT’s national platform.

Job responsibilities include :

Serving as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of offices, with direct focus on those markets with substantial market strongholds.

Making independent decisions with consultation from the Partners-in-Charge (PICs), OMM, and DCFC.

  • Driving and / or administering expected level of support for varying offices’ civic / community engagement tied to client and / or business efforts.
  • Managing market-specific relationships such as chamber of commerce and economic development organizations; key charitable boards and organizations supported by the Firm;

and local market professional memberships (i.e., local bar associations, business journals and leadership programs).

  • Managing investment levels, memberships, benefits, sponsorships and / or directories.
  • Executing deliverables associated with benefits and / or organizational requirements (i.e., profiles, logo furnishment, etc.).
  • Assisting in the development of civic and community engagement strategies, working closely with office PICs, the OMM and / or DCFC to identify key boards and attorney placements.
  • Assisting in defining associate development, board succession and leadership program opportunities, encouraging less experienced attorneys to engage in the Firm’s community dedication efforts.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of marketing strategies, including owning and executing tactics to support plan elements.
  • Implementing Sr. Brand Manager directives to support brand uniformity and continuity across the Firm’s national platform.
  • Working closely with Communications Manager on local business journal items (i.e., book of lists, products, and sponsorships) and office efforts that present external marketing opportunities (i.

e., board appointments, charitable participation, or feature-story type content).

  • Supporting Marketing Departmental leadership, including OMM, on tasks related to new market entry projects, where assigned, such as brand, transitions and civic / community relational elements.
  • Assisting with indirectly supporting the OMM’s office assignments with tactical execution, as needed.
  • Defining timelines and benchmarks for strategic marketing opportunities and drive accountability.
  • Supporting events, seminars, and webinars, working with the Event Planner and / or Business Development team for activities driven by groups / teams.
  • Collaborating within the Marketing department and with members of the appropriate administrative departments on new or ongoing initiatives impacting offices.
  • Assisting in the development and management budgets affecting the key areas of responsibility (offices and / or initiatives).
  • Presenting training materials and other business development and marketing content at office meetings, as assigned.
  • In person interaction with other FBT personnel, clients and / or representatives at the worksite.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent requisite skills and experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous work experience in a professional services setting preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage several tasks simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Able to assist multiple individuals of various levels with various needs and challenges simultaneously.
  • Independent self-starter capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism when interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, editing, and proofreading skills required.
  • Ability to think critically, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and solution-orientation.
  • InterAction, Foundation, or other Client Relationship Management (CRM) system experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Some overnight travel will be required.
