Key ResponsibilitiesLead the eDiscovery technical process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsManage Windows servers and applications related to eDiscovery and data protection workflowsDevelop and recommend data protection policies and strategies in alignment with industry regulationsRequired Qualifications and Education7+ years of experience in eDiscovery, data protection, or a related fieldProven ability to manage large-scale eDiscovery efforts and experience with Windows server managementExtensive knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPAProficiency in eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity One and Exterro productsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
