Frontend Developer

Job Summary :

MoodysNWC is looking for an experienced and passionate UI Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript and Angular to help build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing modern, scalable, and user-friendly applications, collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement visually appealing and accessible user interfaces.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across various devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, performing routine software maintenance and updates.
• Participate in code reviews, and actively contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, UI / UX design, and JavaScript / TypeScript frameworks.

Skills :

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers like Webpack, npm, and Yarn.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Solid understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 80,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to 120,000 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
