As a result, our Line Cooks must be very intentional at every step to realize the perfect balance of flavor and properly executed dishes.

Technique, speed, precision and a willingness to learn contribute to success and growth in our Kitchens.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prep assigned station mise en place.
  • During service, efficiently receive and fulfill ticket orders from the Chef / Expeditor.
  • Execute assigned station dishes to meet standards of Chef. Includes grilling, saute, pasta-cooking and vegetable-focused preparations.
  • Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards.
  • Prepare family meal.
  • Breaking down and cleaning your stations at the end of service.
  • Assist with training new team members.
