The Impact That You Will Make :
The Technical Membership Account Managers are critical to ARMI BioFabUSA and its members' success. The role is externally facing and actively engages with the BioFabUSA membership ecosystem.
This cross-functional position coordinates and manages our membership portfolio, ranging from industry, academic, government, and non-profit organizational members who are part of a nationwide effort to advance the Nation's Bioeconomy.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Membership Services, you will be the primary point of contact for institute members and ensure that value is delivered to BioFabUSA membership.
Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with our technical, regulatory, quality, finance, and leadership teams to ensure that we build a world-class organization that establishes RegenValley as the hub for biofabrication.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate our mission and value proposition to current and prospective members.
- Perform as a collaborative colleague to support technical working groups and project call process.
- Understand the institute members' needs and act as their on-site advocate to internal teams.
- Proactively report on new technologies, processes, or services that members develop.
- Translate members' high-level interests into actionable outcomes for the member.
- Develop, manage, and support a portfolio of biomanufacturing member organizations.
- Track member activities for in-kind commitments for quarterly and annual reports.
- Leverage your expertise to contribute to developing strategic solutions for ARMI and its members.
Preferred Competencies
- Technical expertise in biology, regenerative medicine, bioengineering, tissue engineering, advanced manufacturing in the life sciences, and / or automation.
- Strong track record of developing trust-based relationships and moving clients to action.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and inclusive work style with the ability to work with colleagues, clients, and institute members at all levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications :
- PhD, graduate degree, or in-depth technical training in the life sciences discipline.
- Experience developing business and marketing materials.
- Demonstrated ability and experience with Salesforce.
- Excitement to build the epicenter of biofabrication in Manchester, NH.
