We are seeking an Executive Sales Assistant with Excellent Organization and Customer Service skills.
The Executive Sales Assistant works directly with the General Manager and General Sales Manager to oversee the administrative needs of the sales department and showroom.

Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager as required
- Oversee inventory data entry and coordination
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Supervise receptionists' activities
Qualifications
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication
- Professional Demeanor and Appearance
- Experience with DealerTrack DMS System and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- Clean driving record
