Job Summary

The Senior Procurement Analyst will manage the procurement of Materials and Services for the Clean Energy Future Energy Efficiency (CEF-EE) Program and information technology (IT) products and services that support the CEF-EE Program.

Manage the procurement process for the CEF-EE Program and related IT purchase orders, contracts, renewals, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments and manage emergent work in support of operations.

In-office expectations - atleast 8x a month

Job Responsibilities

• Duties may include being the procurement Subject Matter Expert for multiple business units or at the Enterprise level where such expertise is useful in leveraging procurement activities.
• Work is primarily focused on planned and emergent work within a single business unit, although the ability to apply expertise across business units is desired
• Specific duties include : Supplier identification and qualification; procurement sourcing; RFP preparation; bid evaluation;

negotiation, materials and services contract development and administration; material and service planning; managing internal expert review protocols, preparing and issuing purchase orders

Job Specific Qualifications

• BS / BA degree and 5 years of procurement, supply chain management experience, or 7 years of procurement, supply chain management experience
• Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers to purchase materials and services
• Experience integrating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders
• Valid driver license & ability to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word

• Experience with ERP systems - Ariba, SAP, CLM
• Experience working in a teaming environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated client satisfaction history
