This is a busy law firm with lots of work. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship this is a good fit for you.
Work directly with clients and develop relationships. If you are a stellar associate, you will be rewarded. The firm is very collaborative in nature with an employee first culture.
Qualifications :
- 3-5years’ Litigation experience. (our firm has many practice areas)
- Written discovery, taking and defending depositions
- Proficiency drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials
- Attend mediations, court hearings, and negotiation settlements
- Member of the FL bar
