Hire Up Staffing is seeking a diligent and organized Service Warranty Dispatcher to join our Clients team in the Plumbing and Heating industry located in the Central Valley.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating service calls and dispatching technicians to address warranty-related issues for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm
Salary : $19.00-$23.00 / hourly
Responsibilities :
- Receive and prioritize incoming warranty service requests from customers.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customers’ homes or businesses to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times and service completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of complaints, actions taken, and solutions provided.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the warranty service provided.
- Assist in maintaining the service schedule and optimizing technician routes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex service issues as needed.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Plumbing and Heating industry or in Property Management / Construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for dispatching and scheduling
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems is advantageous
