We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Arcadia, California. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their account, claims, and other service-related matters.
This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
- Maintain a strong operational understanding to provide the most effective course of action for each client interaction
- Process client applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements and guidelines related to our operations
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Utilize customer service software to streamline and enhance client interactions
- Apply basic medical terminology knowledge in client discussions
- Bilingual Vietnamese
Bilingual Korean.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in customer service software
- Experience in a call center customer service environment
- Knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education will be a plus
