At our facility in Birmingham you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Speciality Product Group division of our team as the Production Supervisor :
- working as part of a 3-person supervisory team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversight of scheduling, coordinating what team members are on what machines.
- preventative planning
- coordinating all machinery maintenance and employee needs
- ensure compliance with business processes.
- optimize efficiency and drive efforts to reduce waste and downtime, while increasing productivity
- provide any necessary training to workforce as needed.
- participate in continuous improvement initiative within the facility.
