Job Summary : Responsible for performing the diverse duties required to coordinate computer systems applications for CRMC, Supply Chain, and subsidiary companies.
Analyze and determine information requirements and assist with the design, modification, implementation, and ongoing support of systems used by CaroMont Health.
Periodically serves as the lead resource for information systems (IS) and all Supply Chain projects including upgrades. Makes recommendations to management regarding operations, products, technology, and other relevant areas.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, management information systems in a related area of study, or a minimum of four years related database administration and software support required.
Healthcare operations experience in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Time / Attendance, Payroll or Supply Chain required.
Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate varied activities among multiple stakeholder groups.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software in the aforementioned areas preferred. Demonstrated ability of software development lifecycle, change management and project management required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 core application suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use of various analytical tools associated with database management is required, with strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
