We are seeking a Client Relationship Lead for our Construction Group. An individual with substantial experience recruiting construction professionals and leading business development campaigns.

Must be able to take over existing client relationships and pursue new market share (both independently and in conjunction with firm leadership).

Must be able to manage a recruiting team’s production, assign daily tasks and responsibilities, evaluate work product, coach, mentor, and train where needed.
