Position Summary : The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of camp facilities and supervise seasonal housekeeping staff.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Clean and dust all surfaces including windows, doors, appliances, and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors
- Empty trash and recycle receptacles; replace liners as needed
- Clean restrooms by cleaning floors, bathtubs, showers, sinks, urinals, toilets and mirrors
- Launder linens and make beds
- Restock and inventory all cleaning supplies, including restroom paper products needed for re-order
- Assist with seasonal decorating, including set up and tear down
- Direct, assign and spot check the seasonal staff cleaning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Education / Experience :
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :
Leadership experience desired
Computer Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
- Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses :
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
