The selected providers will join a highly regarded group, established in 1980, that is committed to delivering the highest quality, state-of-the-art cardiovascular care to patients through evidenced-based guidelines.
The group consists of more than two dozen physicians and Advanced Practitioners treating patients across two hospitals : St.
Peters Hospital in Albany and Samaritan Hospital in Troy. The practice offers a vast range of services including General Cardiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Vascular Clinics, Nuclear Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Cardiology including a Structural Heart program.
Instrumental in establishing an Interventional program at St. Peters Hospital, the practice has been a top 100 Heart Hospital for 10 years and also provides Medical Directorship of St.
Peters Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Program.
Candidates interested in this opportunity should possess Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Cardiology.
They should be interested in treating Non-Invasive Cardiology cases and performing procedures in both the inpatient and outpatient environments.
Candidates should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
Experienced Cardiologists, as well as new and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
