Manager, Abuse Prevention

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director of Abuse Prevention, the Manager of Abuse Prevention (Compliance) will play a vital role in supporting Live Nation's defense against abuse.

You will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team committed to safeguarding our digital ecosystem against malicious activities.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Support the development and execution of anti-abuse solutions across Live Nation’s global platforms.

Assist in overseeing real-time monitoring systems and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure rapid containment and system resilience.

Contribute to integrating human oversight with advanced tools and policies for effective enforcement and policy development.

Assist in reporting and analytics efforts to identify abuse patterns and refine response strategies.

Support the monitoring and optimization of algorithms and machine learning models for pre-emptive threat identification.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Essential :

At least 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Engineering or related fields

Familiarity with technical aspects of developing and managing real-time monitoring systems and machine learning models.

Strong analytical skills and a passion for protecting user experiences.

Desirable :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics or related field.

Familiarity with Data Platforms and / or Machine Learning models is a plus.

Prior experience in Abuse Prevention, Trust & Safety, Cybersecurity, and / or Fraud prevention is advantageous.
